Can I switch plans later?
Currently, we only offer the Gym Subscription Plan. Once the Pro Plan becomes available, you'll be able to upgrade or switch plans with ease.
Is there a free trial?
Currently, we do not offer a free trial. However, you can explore our features and see how Fitmy can transform your gym management before subscribing.
What payment methods do you accept?
At the moment, we accept payments exclusively via MTN Mobile Money.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Absolutely! You can cancel your subscription anytime. Even after cancellation, your gym data will remain accessible and available for download.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes! Save up to 20% when you subscribe for a whole year instead of paying monthly.
What happens if I exceed my member limit?
Our Gym Subscription Plan supports up to 100 members. Once you reach that limit, you won't be able to add new members unless you remove existing ones or upgrade to a higher plan when available.
Does Fitmy send automatic reminders?
Yes! We automatically send renewal reminders to all your gym members.
